Hi guys,
I'm having an issue with iTunes. The only way I can really describe it is When I press enter on the desktop icon, it acts like it's opening, only it doesn't. Mormally it says sources tree view iTunes store or music or something like that, but it doesn't even do that. I've uninstalled it and removed all the programs that come with it. After uninstalling it, I removed the program folder from my CDrive than I reinstalled it. I also went into the programs and features folder and went to the iTunes program and hit the repair button, and it didn't work. If there's anything else I should do, tell me. Before I forget, I'm running iTunes on a 32 bit windows 7 laptop. Thanks in advance,
Leslie
Does it open if you go directly to the programs location and try their? If so the desktop Icon is bad for some reason, so delete it and put a new one up their.
I know this might seem like a stupid question, but when you have tried the icon, and it hasn't worked, have you tried it again?
The only reason I ask is coz I sometimes have to try and open mine twice before it starts actually paying attention.
Otherwise, indeed, try running it from it's route folder.
Do you have any problems like this with other programs? Have you tried to activate the icon without your screenreader, but with narator or another screenreader entirely like NVDA?
Hth...
